How to Delete an Unwanted Receipt
We’ve all been there; you accidentally scan the same receipt twice, or the photo comes out too blurry to read. Keeping your workspace organized is key to accurate budgeting and clean reporting. Here is how to quickly remove any unwanted receipt from your history.

The “Quick Swipe” (For Fast Cleaning)
If you are looking at your list of receipts and want to delete one quickly:
- Open the Receipts tab.
- Locate the receipt you want to remove.
- Swipe Left on the receipt entry.
- A red highlight with a Trash Can icon will appear.
- Confirm the deletion, and the receipt will instantly disappear from your history.
Pro-Tip: “Cancel” Instead of “Delete”
If the receipt is valid but the amount or category is wrong, you don’t need to delete it! You can simply edit the details to fix the error. However, if the transaction never happened or was entered by mistake, “Cancel” is a great way to mark it as void without completely removing it from your records—keeping your audit trail perfect.
