Adding a Business Name and Logo: Personalize Your Expense Reports
First impressions matter—even in accounting. When you send an expense report to a client or an accountant, having your business name and logo at the top of the page builds immediate trust and professionalism.
With Sapts, you don’t need a desktop computer or a graphic designer to brand your reports. You can do it all right from the Settings tab.

Step 1: Head to Settings
Launch the Sapts app and tap the Settings tab on the bottom navigation bar. This is your control center for app customization and security.
Step 2: Enter Your Business Identity
Look for the Business Information section.
- Business Name: Tap the text field and type your official company or freelance name. This name will appear in bold at the top of every PDF export.
Step 3: Upload Your Business Logo
A logo is the face of your brand.
- Tap the “Upload Logo” button.
- Select your logo from your phone’s gallery.
- Pro Tip: For the best results, use a high-resolution image with a transparent background (PNG) or a white background so it blends perfectly with the PDF report page.
Step 4: Save and Verify
Once you’ve entered your name and selected your image, tap the Save button. To see your branding in action, tab on the Preview Sample Receipt button and generate a sample PDF. You will now see your logo and business name beautifully formatted at the top of the summary page!
